Walk of faith

Luke 17:6
"He replied, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, be uprooted and planted in the sea, and it will obey you."

This verse says that if you have as much faith as a mustard seed, you can succeed. The size of a mustard seed is so small, you can fit a ton in your hand. Faith is faith, and is just believed. Faith is not believing by seeing but believing just because the Holy Spirit tugs at something inside of your heart. Some people that don't know Jesus yet, need us to witness the tug that we feel, with them. Faith is not just about reading the bible and being fairly fond of the words, but believing the words and truly taking them to heart. That is one of my biggest struggles in my walk of faith. I love reading the bible, but sometimes I don't really think about how I can apply the content to my life. But to cope with this, I pray and ask for wisdom and to have the "want to" to get closer to The Lord in my walk of faith.

             STAYING STRONG THROUGHOUT THE STORM
Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

I don't know what it means to hurt or to be hurt by someone or something as much as others may, but I do know this; if you raise your burdens up to the heavens and let Jesus take it upon himself , The Lord will strengthen your mind. He will cherish and hold your heart as we'll as give you the "want to" to be of a stronger relationship in Christ. Have we all been there at some point in our lives? I believe so. Even so, I believe that God cherishes all burdens the same and takes all seriously. There might be a big hole in your heart where someone left it or something happened to create it, but believe me, God alone can fill it. In fact, he can do more than fill it. He can make it overflow with his will and his love for you. For some, it might be that someone is telling you that your not good enough and that you don't meet the standards. We'll do I have good news for you! The Lord Jesus finds your worth in your heart. Not in the clothes you wear, the things you choose to do or not to do, if you have a boyfriend or not, or even how many friends you have. If The Lord is happy with you and what you choose to do with your life, I believe that is all that matters.
Keep your head above the waves. When they seem to crash down upon you and you feel as if you are gasping for breath, remember to keep your head above the water and to look to God for support. "For if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us?" If you think about it,no one person or force in life could be even close to overpowering God. If this is so, then what could even go against him? Nothing. That's just it. That's all there is to it. God is almighty. Period.
